Sebastian is a resident of your town, he lives in the Sunnyside Apartments which is to the west of the town. He is pleasant and is well, a bit of a coward at times. He often shys away from situations and buries his head in he sand when something goes wrong. Sebastian is always talking about clothes and the latest fashions and he reads all the magazines.
