Plot[]
The game picks off near the end of MySims Agents. Morcubus is opening the portal to the Nightmare Realme. Evelyn jumps at Morcubus and pushes him, along with herself, into the Nightmare Realme portal. The portal closes trapping the two, and the Crown of Nightmares is knocked onto the ground, trapping Morcubus and Evelyn in the Nightmare Realme. Now, when Nightmare Realme portals open up all over the city, it's up to you, Buddy, Lyndsay, Travis and Violet to go into the Nightmare Realm, and stop Morcubus, and save Evelyn.

Story[]
Morcubus is opening the portal to the Nightmare Realm. You, Evelyn, Lyndsay, Buddy and Morcubus's henchmen, Brandi and Esma, watch as the portal opens. Evelyn dashes forward and pushed Morcubus into the portal. The two of them collapse into the portal. The Crown of Nightmares falls from Morcubus's hand, and the portal closes, trapping Evelyn and Morcubus in the Nightmare Realm.
