- As a child, I had an early interest in food. I loved trying new food from places I had never been before.

- In elementary school, I really enjoyed learning about different places around the world, and reading about what the foods were like there, not to mention the cultures!

- In high school, I took a cooking course in grade 9 and loved it so much that I took another cooking course in grades 10, 11 and 12! I realized quickly that I enjoyed making the food just as much as eating it! I then went off to university and majored in cooking.

- After graduating from university two years ago, I took a trip around the world to try the best foods from around the world. I came back here last month and opened the restaurant a couple of weeks ago, and so far it has been successful. Remember, [player name], you are always welcome to try some food!
